Gastroenteritis: It could be a lot of things. It could be gastroenteritis, intolerance to the spices used or viral or bacteria causes. Some people can not tolerate the gluten. Gallbladder could be a possibilty if it is on the right upper side. Right lower abdominal pain and fever you would want to ro appendix. You should follow up with your provider.
