Sinus pressure: Your description sounds like sinus pressure. Try decongestant and/or nasal spray. If no improvement, see a regular doctor.

Forehead: The new appearance of the swelling will have to be evaluated to see if it is associated with the frontal headache. Not knowing your age, other health issues, if the swelling is discolored, soft or firm, painful to touch, etc leaves one at a disadvantage to make intelligent guessing. Best to see your family doctor or ophthalmologist who can begin the evaluation and put your anxiety to rest.
