Concerning symptom: Marijuana is not considered a stimulant but is associated with increased pressure and pulse upon wearing off. I wonder if this is a contaminant of the drug or a variant of an hallucinatory effect. More worrisome is whether this is a sign of true strain on your heart or lungs. Please see your md.
