Decongestants: Such as otc Pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine in addition to saline nasal sprays and otc antihistamines such as fexofenidine will help with the symptoms so long as there is not medical contraindication or significant interaction with other medication you are taking. May want to check with your doctor.
