Menstrual period: Using tampons or pads during your menstrual cycle its a matter of personal preference. If you expect your period every 28 days you can start using pads the day before just to be ready, however there are patients who has unscheduled bleeding and in those cases its very unpredictable. It depends on how regular you are.
