Stop alcohol: First, stop drinking alcohol. Drink plenty of water. Bland foods like applesauce, dry toast, etc. Mint tea, or ginger tea may be soothing and help with nausea. For fresh ginger tea: peel a 2” piece of ginger root. Bring two cups of water to boil and add sliced ginger. Reduce the heat and leave for 15-20 minutes to simmer. Strain the tea and add honey and lemon to taste.

Alcoholic Gastritis: I would recommend no Aspirin (this will make it worse). Prilosec otc is a good option. And, of course not to drink for a bit...Let your stomach calm down.
