Allergy: Try to notice where you are and other conditions relating to this difference. It seems you could have allergic rhinitis or even chronic sinus problem causing the problem ask your doctor if antihistamine, nasal steroid could help. Avoidance of trigger is the main treatment. Ultimate would be the use of other anti allergy medicines such as montelukast or even systemic steroids. Get evaluated first.
