Postural tremor diff: A wing beating tremor is under the broad term of "postural tremors" which means that the tremor is worst with maintenance of an anti-gravity posture. The "classic" wing beating is described for wilson's disease but can be caused by other disorders such as essential tremor (et), drug induced tremor, post traumatic, etoh withdrawal, physiologic, and psychogenic to name a few.
