Lytes/hydration: We all get that sometimes, like the calf then the top of the foot. Be sure your electrolytes are normal by consulting your md for lab and exam for pulses. Allow good blood flow with good hydration and not compressing your blood flow with folded legs and tight clothing. Overexertion and dehydration also causes that, again needing good hydration.
