Go to MD: Dm usually causes gastroparesis and slow intestinal movement, not diarrhea unless it is an overflow diarrhea from chronic constipation and malabsorption. It just does not sound right. If he has bee on antibiotics before, worry about superinfection, or even not. It is best to have a proper diagnosis.
