No need to worry: There appears to be increased risk of a birth defect called neural tube defect by having your entire body heated up in early pregnancy, so it's advised to not sit in a hot tub over about 102 degrees for more than 10 minutes in early pregnancy, but that is because a hot tub can increase your core body temperature. It is not possible that a heat lamp would raise core body temp. So no risk at all.
