Xopenex (levalbuterol) is: Levalbuterol, a pure left hand isomer of albuterol which contains right and left isomers and xopenex (levalbuterol) is more selective beta agonist for bronchial smooth muscle and much less cardioselective. Use whichever gives you more control over the bronchconstriction.
