No!: Only a dentist or specially trained dentist who specializes in gums and the teeth's supporting structures called a periodontist can treat and help you put gingivitis into remission. Warm salt water rinses might be part of your home regiment, but not a treatment or "cure" on its own!

No : Home remedies do not work. You must see your dentist for evaluation an d determination as to the best treatment for your problem. consider PerioProtect which is a non-surgical periodontal (gum) treatment.

Salt Water Rinses: Salt water can help soothe lesions and inflammation in the mouth by buffering the pH in the area. It is a temporary relief. It is not a cure for gingivitis, periodontal disease, tooth decay... as it does not remove the causative agent of the condition. This can only be done by a dental professional.
