Seen a dentist?: First of all, it is hard to give recommendation over otc products. It is best to see a dentist to get the most helpful answer specific to your condition. Tooth sensitivity is common during any type of whitening however. It is likely that other products will do the same. Laying off for a few days may be helpful. Beyond that, i highly recommend that you see a dentist.

See dentist: Any teeth lightening can cause some transient sensitivity. The sensitivity can be greater if you have untreated tooth decayed any broken teeth. Stop using the white strips and your sensitivity should decrease. I would also recommend seeing a dentist if you have not seen one recently.
