B-12: My question is why are you taking B-12 injections? Are you anemic? If , not basic B-complex would be recommend. If, you are anemic , I would recommend you follow up with your physician and get lab test done.

Do you have: pernicious anemia? Only take B12 injections under the direction of a doctor and blood levels are ckecked, A high B12 level can cause problems.
