"natural" remedies: Aerobic exercise, quite frankly, is my treatment of choice for just about every condition (and especially for anxiety). Also effective are non-prescription supplements like magnesium (peter gillham's natural vitality calm offers the powdered form, which makes it much more absorbable), inositol, holy basil, gaba, and mindfulness-meditation, if you can let yourself relax enough to do it.
