Ear, nose and throat: Hello. First I would recommend drinking enough water every day. If we lack fluid intake, the mucus is less mobile and becomes stagnant. Second begin OTC Nasacort (triamcinolone). This medication is water based and will help reduce intranasal inflammation and help with your Eustachian tube and ear symptoms. This will also help with the congestion and mucus.
