Many possibilities: If your skin is dry that can cause itching as well as allergies. Otherwise different forms of dermatitis can cause this as well. See your doctor if it does not resolve with moisturizer. To stop the itching use avveno bath oatmeal in the washcloth during a shower and then put the witch hazel on it and let it air dry. Be sure to use moisturizers twice daily on your dry skin.
