Is there a "right" way to have anal sex so it won't cause any damage? if so what is it?

Sexuality: Yes. Of course. But, one does not go to the doctor to learn how to have sex. There some very good and appropriate ethics about this. In my practice i often recommend that sexually active adults get a guide book to sex. Or get two. It is okay to explore and experiment with a willing partner.
