Does having anal sex cause pregnancy

Wrong hole: Wrong hole. One does not become pregnant by anal sex, unless the guy misses and ends up in the correct hole. The strangest things can happen in life, so if worried, go to the store and buy a urine pregnancy test. Tests are very accurate by 3 weeks after sex. A normal regular menstrual period means a woman is not pregnant. Also, anuses are not designed for sex's excessive frictional trauma.

No: Sperm need to enter the vagina for pregnancy to occur. Transmission of sperm into the anus alone will not cause pregnancy.

A 22-year-old male asked:
Is there a chance of having conception or pregnancy in anal sex?

Nope.: Pregnancy does not occur unless the sperm meets the egg in the female genital tract (vagina, cervix). Exclusive anal sex cannot cause pregnancy (with the very rare exceptions of rectovaginal fistula, or post-hoc manipulation of the ejaculate).
