Normal oil glands: Fordyce spots are normal. No need to treat. Sometimes you may have 1 with an open surface pore appearing as a tiny black head. If you don't mind the pain, you can pinch it out. Relax: everybody has them, nobody sees yours except you.Magnifying mirrors are not the real world.
