Unclear: Your question is not clear. I think you may be asking if your thyroid size can be changing, and causing symptoms. Thyroid size can slowly change over the course of months or years, but not over short periods such as hours or days. If you feel something is getting bigger or smaller over hours/days, it is not your thyroid.
