Alanon: People who are in love with a drug addict commonly have a hard time "getting through" . Until someone admits that they have a problem, options for helping are very limited and feelings of helplessness, anger and sadness are common al-anon is a support group for family and friends of addicts who use alcohol and drugs. LOVE IS NOT ENOUGH: Unfortunately, love is not enough. Intervention with other family and friends may be one approach. Al anon is a great support.
