Possible diabetes: The classic symptom of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus is a need to continuously drink and frequent urination. This should be evaluated as soon as possible by your family doctor. There is also a rare condition called diabetes insipidus which is a problem with pituitary hormones which can also lead to excessive urination and a need for drinking all the time.
