Perhaps: Diabetes is not the only reason for sweet craving. It might simply be a habit of yours. The only way to tell if you have diabetes is to have a blood test. Discuss this with your doctor.

Not really: If you have diabetes, you should be experiencing symptoms of constant thirst and urination unless it's very early on in the course. Please see your doctor if you suspect you are at risk for diabetes.

Possibly SugarDrives: Type i often sudden, type ii dm commonly progresses slowly for decades without symptoms, is missed by docs, though artery disease & other problems also progress more rapidly.
