Can't tell: As a rule, cancer is not common in young folks like you but as you pointed out, a strong family history may be a sign of an inherited high risk trait. Not necessarily: But have a clinical breast examination(cbe) by your doctor at least once yearly. He/she can guide you further.

Maybe: Breast size is not a factor. Heredity can be, and if your family members were young when they got the disease, you might be checked for BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations. A daily check isn't so helpful as checking at the same time each month, with mammography possibly in your future.
