Maybe: There are a lot of reasons to have difficulty concentrating...From adhd to traumatic brain injury or nutritional deficiencies, to stress or sleep deprivation or depression or ptsd. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) may help in some of those conditions, and may make some of them worse.
