My sympathies: Pregnancy can be very tough on a women, especially in the last few weeks. Try a warm bath, sleeping with pillows between your legs and behind you back as well as under the "hump." massage is generally ok - check with your doctor. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is also ok for the various aches and pains. Try some pelvic rock exercises and perhaps a maternity girdle. Fortunately, this will not last forever. :).
