Chronic constipation: Eat plenty of high fiber, low calorie raw vegetables like raw large carrots ; celery cut up in little pieces in between meals, drink @ least 5 glasses of water a day, and tale an otc stool softener @ night (2 of them), along with citrucel powder mixed with water and/or warmed prune juice. And you will have a bowel movement every morning.
