Tylenol (acetaminophen). ibuprofen: If you are otherwise healthy, no other major medications, then you can try Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen at the same time. Try moist heat, limit light , lay still. There are many types of migraine , so seek medical care for a true diagnosis.
