Severe pain : If you are in severe pain then you should be promptly evaluated by a doctor for serious conditions such as appendicitis. Irregular periods are common and very easy for any obgyn to help you with. The important issue right now is to address your severe pain.

Post tubal ligation : I am concerned about your symptoms. I suggest you see your doctor right away. If pregnancy test is negative there could be other conditions that can cause your pain that need to be evaluated and possibly treated . Hopefully it is something that is not life threatening such as post tubal ligation pain which in mist cases can be inconsequential . Thanks and good luck.
