Are there classic symptoms of broken hip?

Hip fracture: Most common symptoms of a fractured hip include lateral hip or groin pain following an injury. Patients typically cannot bear weight on the affected hip. Toes on the affected foot usually point out and the leg may appear shortened. X-rays needed to make the diagnosis.

Pain: Pain, extreme difficulty walking, sometimes a shortened or rotated leg can all be seen in a hip fracture. Don't hesitate to be seen if you think you broke your hip.
