How do i know if i have been sexually abused?

Be careful: There is a school of "pop" psychotherapy that teaches that most mental illness / emotional trouble is the result of forgotten sexual abuse. This is not evidence-based and I would urge you to shun these practitioners -- they have caused terrible damage. The question should be, "How can I make sense of what I know and remember, and function better and be happier and more loving?" That's your task.
