I would not: Galantamine (galantamine (galantamine hydrobromide) hydrobromide) increases cholinergic activity in the brain, which can cause more dreams. Like any medicine, galantamine (galantamine hydrobromide) can have side effects. I would not recommend taking it to cause more vivid dreams.

Seizures and diet: Yes it is possible to change some seizures with diet. For many years some patients have been treated with what is called a keto=genic diet, which has controlled their seizures. Talk to your doctor to see if you are a candidate for this diet and if so ask for a referral.
