Possible allergy: The description suggests an allergic reaction called a "contact dermatitis". It can be treated with over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone cream. If it resolves quickly, simply avoid aspirin. Some people with aspirin allergy are also sensitive to NSAIDS, they might also have nasal polyps and/or asthma. Discuss this allergy with your doctor.

Irritant: Irritation contact dermatitis. Allergy less likely. Time, cool water, and a few days of cortisone cream should help. Salicylic acid as a cream or wash is much more useful. Forget about any masks. When something claims to "exfoliate" it is not honest.
