I always wear 100 spf cream when i go to the beach, but i don't tan, just burn. why is that?

LionsTigersandBlots: If you are wearing SPF 100 sunblock and still burn, I'd guess you're not putting on enough of it, or it's not what the label says,or you are hyper sensitive to UV light no matter how much, or you are taking a medication that sensitizes you to the sun. So STOP. You don't want your skin to look like mine after frequent burns (spots, blotches, crusts, fissures and scales, YUK!). Consult a dermatologist!
