Unsure with little: History. You will need a physical exam and thorough history taken by your physician to clarify what is causing the pain and what specifically is hurting. Do you notice any the pain with any specific activities? Any trauma? Any radiation down your arms? New computer set up? See your physician and try to think of anything that might be contributing. Hope that helps!
