No: Acne is inherited. It is also caused by hormone changes related to puberty and plugging of skin pores. Masturbation has no effect on acne.

It won't make you pimply, short, stupid, hairy, smooth, bald, infertile, insensitive to others, an unfit parent / partner, impotent, or unspiritual.
