Depends: The best sunscreen is one you use. Look for "broad spectrum" - it should cover UVA/UVB. SPF of at least 30 should be used, but more than 30 isn't necessarily better. 30 means you can stay in the sun 30 times as long as you could with no sunscreen. You should reapply every couple of hours or after water or sweating. SPF over 30 generally needs to be reapplied anyway, so no added benefit.
