Seborrheic Dermatiti: You probably has seborrheic dermatitis: it would show flaky/scaly eruptions around nose, between eyebrows, at the eyebrows, inside and behind the ears and scalp. Mildly itchy on face, severe itchy on scalp. Only your dermatologists can help you, don't try yourself.
