Chemical peels: If you have minor scaring one of the simplest measures would have a series of medium depth chemical peels performed. These have minimal downtime and will soften the minor scars. Microdermabrasion can offer similar results but more patients find the peels superior. If the scars are deeper you can have a fractionated laser resurfacing with a bit of downtime. Speak to a dermatologist for advise.
