They're permanent: Nothing you can do will make them less visible or make them disappear. A plastic surgeon or dermatologist can remove them with fillers, microsurgery or a laser. I'm sorry your acne was neglected in the first place leaving you with scars. Several hollywood leads kept their for the "tough guy" look. It's your choice.
