Wrong question : Homeopathy doesn't directly treat facial hair. It impacts underlying disturbances of your healing system that result in your symptoms -- one of which is facial hair. It's individualized, and a remedy that helps one person may not help others. An experienced homeopath would need to take your case and prescribe a deep-acting remedy. An endocrinology consult would also be wise, for hormonal issues.

Don't know: Hirsutism could be a hormonal imbalance in your case and should be evaluated to find the cause. Waxing can work to temporarily remove hairs and if they are dark color consider laser hair reduction.

Won't work: Congratulations on being almost a man. How thick your beard will be is determined by your genes, and no magic medicine will change this. While many men envy a man with a thick beard and abundant body hair, in the us most women prefer a smooth, light-bearded man and he is less likely to go bald later. Enjoy whatever nature has given you.
