Wrong question : Homeopathy doesn't directly treat facial hair. It impacts underlying disturbances of your healing system that result in your symptoms -- one of which is facial hair. It's individualized, and a remedy that helps one person may not help others. An experienced homeopath would need to take your case and prescribe a deep-acting remedy. An endocrinology consult would also be wise, for hormonal issues.

Don't know: Hirsutism could be a hormonal imbalance in your case and should be evaluated to find the cause. Waxing can work to temporarily remove hairs and if they are dark color consider laser hair reduction.
