No: If you have to ask, you haven't understood the seriousness of what you've undertaken in starting a course of isotretinoin. Probably you signed an agreement with your physician that you would monitor your mood, not become pregnant, and abstain from alcohol. Your life will be better if you resolve to keep promises to the people who've helped you. And who needs "a few drinks"?
