Many: Accutane has lots of side effects. The main one is dryness. It dries out your body, eyes, nose, lips, skin, mucous membranes, etc. Your skin will split and tear easily. You can have bleeding with stools. It can also cause hair thinning that may be permanent. There are also warnings about depression, suicidal thoughts and behavior and severe birth defects.
