Epididymo-orchitis: Statistically, the most common cause of your symptoms is epididymo-orchitis which is an inflammation often caused by infection. On the other hand, if it is the scrotum that is irritated with the testicles themselves normal, dermatitis is likely. See a urologist for examination.
