See a dermatologist: Vitiligo seems to be an autoimmune disease that is difficult to treat. In principle, there are medications to try and stop the disease, medications to try and darken the depigmented areas or to reduce the pigment in the remaining skin. It depends on the extent of the skin affected. None of the treatments is fully successful. See a dermatologist who has lots of experience with the disease.
