Enjoy who you are: About 5% of grown men never grow chest hair. Body hair does not correlate with virility or manliness in any other respect. Paul newman (photo) mentioned he was like this in an interview in the 1960's; he was famous as the first hollywood star with great muscle definition. Today many (most?) women claim to prefer a smooth man, and most hollywood male leads shave their body hair. You're just fine.
