Need more info: You need to go to a dentist to have this evaluated. Depending upon what the dentist sees ; what the history is it could be nothing or it could be something that requires treatment.

Likely mucocoel: This can happen when you bite down on the lip and break the channel that mucous glands use to deliver it to the mouth.It can create a blind sac of mucus that has no where to go. Your dentist or ENT can examine and confirm this or decide what else it could be.Excision (cutting it out) is often curative.
