Uncertain: Some oral contraceptives can be associated with increase in breast size in some women (sometimes).

Breasts and Estrogen: I am not sure if you are a male or a female. One does not usually take estrogen to cause breasts to grow if they are female. But, if you are male and feel like you are transgendered then yes, estrogen can be used as part of your treatment to transition to your desired gender. I would not recommend you do this without the supervision of a therapist and a physician.
